Sometimes the unexpected happens, we understand that you may need to cancel your stay with us due to many reasons. As a small business, we depend on our guests choosing to stay with us and honoring their reservation. Please carefully read our cancelation policy below. REFUND PAYMENTS UPON CANCELLING YOUR STAY

  • Cancellations of bookings made within 24 hours - 100% refund (minus booking fee)

  • Cancellations of bookings 14 days or less before reservation date - NO REFUND

  • Cancellations of bookings between 29 and 15 days prior to reservation date - 50% refund (minus booking fee)

  • Cancellations 30 days or more before reservation date - 100% refund

POSTPONENT OF RESERVATION

  • We will happily move your reservation to another date if there is availability.

  • Postponing of a reservation can only be done with a new date allocated and is within a 3 (three) month period that is agreeable by all parties.
